For Jewelry Orders (Studio BreVoyage)

  • Prices may change, but what you see at checkout is what you’ll pay.

  • Please make sure your payment and shipping details are correct when ordering.

  • We do our best to show product colors accurately, but screens may differ.

For Travel Services (BreVoyage Travel)

  • We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and tour providers. Their terms (including cancellations and refunds) apply to your booking.

  • Our planning and service fees are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel documents, and insurance.

  • We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip.

  • We are not liable for unexpected changes outside our control (like delays, cancellations, weather, or natural events).

This website is operated by Studio BreVoyage (jewelry) and BreVoyage Travel (travel services). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Studio BreVoyage and BreVoyage Travel.

  • All travel arrangements are subject to the suppliers’ terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, health requirements, and insurance.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen issues.

  • BreVoyage Travel is not liable for losses or damages caused by delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or services without express written permission.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and booking information for all transactions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Charleston, SC, unless prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

SECTION 19 – TERMINATION

These Terms are effective unless terminated by us. You may terminate by ceasing use of our site and services.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the 1707 Indy Dr. North Charleston, South Carolina.
